At times, when speaking to OnSIP Support over the phone you may be asked for the Secure Identity Code. This is to confirm your identity and that you have proper access to make requests such as request Admin access for a User.
To locate the Secure Identity Code, select your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the screen, then select Support.
Scroll down and you will see the code after the FAQ’s / Knowledgebase. The system will generate a unique two-word phrase, please provide this to the OnSIP Support agent for verification.
You can also get to the Secure Identity Code from the Account & Payment option. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Need help? Contact our Support Team” This will take you to the same support page to locate the code.
