Step 1: Gather information for each user.
Each user has a set of credentials which will be needed to configure each phone. For each phone that you are configuring, obtain the following:
- SIP Address (Address of Record)
- SIP Password
- Auth Username
- Outbound Proxy
You can find this information in the user detail pages under the Users tab in your OnSIP Admin Portal.
Step 2: Download CSIPSimple from the App Store.
Step 3: Configure OnSIP Hosted PBX user account information.
When you start CSIPSimple for Android for the very first time, it should automatically take you to the ‘Account’ screen. If this is your first SIP account, you should see a setup wizard that looks something like the first image below. Enter in your credentials in the fields on these pages as follows:

- Click Add Account
- Select OnSIP
- Account Name > OnSIP
- SIP Username > Username
- Auth Username > Auth Username
- SIP Password > SIP Password
- Domain > Proxy/Domain
- Fill in each of the fields listed using User-specific credentials
- Click > Save in the bottom right of your screen
- Device will display > Registered as in 3rd image
To Turn On/Off Your Account/App
Click on the phone icon in upper right of your screen and then select Deactivate Account (see 1st image above) = turns off app
Click on the phone icon in upper right of your screen and select Activate Account (see 2nd image above) = turns on app
Note: Be sure to check the box when you start that says that your provider allows for VoIP.
Note: At this time (March 2018) this app does not work with T-Mobile (IPV6).
