  1. What forms of payment are accepted?

    Currently, OnSIP accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments. We only accept credit cards with valid billing addresses in the US. If you cannot provide a valid US credit card for payment, please contact our sales team at sales@junctionnetworks.com to discuss other payment options.

  2. How do I get charged for use of the service?

    This is a pre-paid service. As long as you have an account balance that can cover your per minute call charges and any setup or monthly recurring charges, you will be able to make calls. We provide you with all the necessary tools in the user portal to add pre-paid credit manually or automatically based on settings you choose.

    You must keep a balance above $0.00 in order to use any of the services.

  3. Can you invoice me rather than charge my credit card?

    Yes. For special circumstances, we can setup an account for invoicing. We may require a deposit or retainer to activate service. Please contact our sales team at sales@junctionnetworks.com to discuss payment options.

  4. How long will it take to set up an account?

    Five minutes! The setup process is completely automated. You will be able to make calls and hold conferences as soon as you complete this signup process and add pre-paid credit to your account.

  5. Can I sign up for just VOIP calling?

    Yes. Each account comes standard with all features. You don't have to use any particular feature. If you are looking for just a VOIP Outbound Calling service, simply create an account and take advantage of the VOIP Long Distance application. You will only be charged for what you use.

  6. Where do I find my credit card security code?

    The location of the credit card security code depends on the type of card you are using. Click here for examples.
