What happens if my PSTN (Prepaid) balance falls below $0.00?

Every time you make a call or a call comes in to you, we check to make sure you have a positive PSTN (Prepaid) balance. If you do not, calls will not go through.

Please make sure to keep your account balance at a level high enough to maintain service.

We highly encourage you to use the Auto-refill feature on the PSTN (Prepaid) balance to automatically maintain a positive credit balance.
