ZoiPer for PC (windows)

Step 1: Gather information for each user.

Each user has a set of credentials which will be needed to configure each phone. For each phone that you are configuring, obtain the following:

  • "SIP Address" (Address of Record)
  • "SIP Password"
  • "Auth Username"
  • "Username"
  • "Domain"
  • "Outbound Proxy"

You can find this information in the user detail pages under the "Users" tab in the "Phone Configuration" section.

Step 2: Configure your Zoiper software settings.

Select "SIP" as the Account type and then click "Next".

Enter the following information from Step 1 above:

  • Username > "Username"
  • Password > "SIP Password"
  • Domain > "Domain"

Click "Skip Auto-Detection" and then click "Next".

Click "I know what I'm Doing"

Next screen you see is the following.  Enter the following information from Step 1 above:

  • Domain > "Domain
  • Username > "Username
  • Password > "SIP Password
  • Caller ID > Whatever you like
  • Authorization user name > "Auth Username"
  • Outbound Proxy > ""
  • Checkmark next to "Use Outbound Proxy"

Click "OK"

Under "Advanced tab," "STUN" Options, uncheck "Enable STUN," then click "OK".

Step 3. Confirm that your phone is registered.

In the "User" portal, click on the "Users" tab. You will see a green "online" notation next to each user with a registered phone.

You are now be able to place and receive calls.
