Storage Service Providers (SSPs) are companies that provide computer storage space and the related tools needed to access and manage the stored data. OnSIP uses Storage Service Providers to store recorded calls.  

You will need to create an account with one of our supported Storage Service Providers prior to creating a Storage Service Resource in your OnSIP Account.  Currently, we support Amazon Web Services' Simple Storage (S3), Google Cloud, and Rackspace.

OnSIP has also been asked the following:

"Can you tell me how much storage you think we would need if we were to use call recording to monitor quality?"

Answer: It's approximately 0.5Mb per minute
