Because of changes in the admin portal, some apps and resources may not show settings windows in both the create a new app/resource and edit views. Content filtering and ad-blocking browser extensions prevent page elements from being displayed/loading.  If you have one of those enabled (AdBlock, UBlock, etc), look to the far right side of the URL line in the browser for a warning like pictured below. Click on it and whitelist admin.onsip.com.

You will need to do this step in each browser that you have these apps enabled.
