How To Create a Lunch Hour

This is to create an hour for lunch for your entire company

Three Business Hour Rules that are linked to each other.  (INBOUND CALL SETTINGS Tab).

Ex.  Create Morning Hour, Lunch Hour, and Closing Hours

Morrning Hour 8-12
* OPEN:  Send Callers to Open Destination
* CLOSED BHR Lunch Hour

BHR Lunch (12-1pm)
* OPEN = Voice Mailbox 
* CLOSED = BHR Closing Hours

Office Hours 1-5
* OPEN Send Callers to Open Destination
* CLOSED = Voicemail Box
