Set up message for Holiday Closing

Office is closed for Holiday 

You have the option to either redirect them to a voicemail or an announcement (these can play a message and end the call if you do not want the option to receive voicemails)

Announcement:

- Click INBOUND CALL SETTINGS Tab
- Choose ANNOUNCEMENT
- Create Announcement and Save (https://support.onsip.com/hc/en-us/articles/8331827324813-Announcement)

Click the PHONE NUMBER Tab.  Click the Phone Number and press EDIT INFO.  Change Destination to Announcement and press Save

Voice Mail

You could record a TEMPORARY GREETING which overrides the standard Unavailable Greeting

• Press *98 to reach the voicemail manager, enter the Voicemail box number / then PIN.
• From the prompts press 0 for Mailbox options.
• Then press 3 for the temporary greeting.
• Then press 2 to create your temporary recording.

Click the PHONE NUMBER Tab.  Click the Phone Number and press EDIT INFO.  Change Destination to Voicemail Box and press Save
