You need your SIP address to log in to both the OnSIP app and the Admin Portal. If you have forgotten your password, you will need your SIP address to initiate the password reset process.
Below are instructions for how to recover your SIP address on the OnSIP app login page. If you are an admin user, you may also complete this same process on the Admin Portal login page.
On the login page, click on “forgot SIP address?” under the SIP Address field.
This will bring you to a second page that asks you to enter your email address into the text field. Type in your email address and click the blue “Send Email” button on the bottom right.
If there is a SIP address associated with the email address you entered, you will receive a message in your inbox from the “OnSIP Team” with the subject line “Your OnSIP account information”.
In this email, you will see a list of all the SIP addresses associated with your email address. You can then click on the orange “Log in to the OnSIP app” button to open the OnSIP app in your browser.
