Choose "Lines" under Telephony

From the drop-down list choose "SIP Generic SIP Gateway"

SIP Gateway Address: sip.onsip.com
SIP Gateway Port: 5060
Network Interface: Auto-Detect
Local Port: 5060
Network Protocol: UDP
Send DTMF Using: RFC2833
Username:  username@domain.onsip.com
Auth Username: auth_username
Password: Voip Password
