If you are interested in porting your Magic Jack phone number to OnSIP, please provide screenshots showing your account information found on their web site. Along with your Magic Jack screenshots, please provide the following information:
- Your Magic Jack account number
- The last 4 digits of the Magic Jack account holder's SSN
- Your Magic Jack login password
- The Magic Jack device ID
Once your number has successfully ported and is working as desired, it's always good practice to notify the losing carrier (in this case, Magic Jack) and inform them that you've ported your number out. You should also request that they remove your number from their system. Otherwise, it is possible that current customers of the losing carrier will be unable to reach you at your new destination.
Note: We make every attempt to work with all telephone service providers. However, certain local or regional guidelines may preclude your current provider from releasing your number.
