• Click Phone numbers on the left side menu
• Click the Add number box on the right
• Choose a Toll Free area code

Requesting a Vanity Toll Free Phone Number

A Toll Free Vanity Number is a toll free (800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, or 833) number that has specific digits that you would like. Typically a Vanity Number will contain digits that spell out a word or phrase that is important to you. Or, you may want a specific series of numbers.

OnSIP can special order a Toll Free Vanity number of your choosing.  Here's what to do:

1. Use this web page to check and see what toll free number is available to order: https://www.somos.com/find-toll-free-number (Do not order a number from this site, only use it to find an available number)
2. To submit the vanity number request, log into https://app.onsip.com and select Administrators at the top right corner.

• Click Phone numbers on the left side menu
• Scroll to the bottom of the Phone numbers page and you will see the Toll-Free Vanity Numbers option.
• Click Request a number.
