The WWW interface for phones that have been provisioned to the OnSIP Boot server is off by default as a security measure.  You can enable it via the OnSIP App as Admin.  We recommend that you re-disable it and reboot the phones once your configurations are complete.

To Unlock the Web Interface:

• Under The Administrators tab.
• Go to Phones on the left. 
• Locate MAC of the phone and click to expand boxes.
• Phone Info>Edit Info.
• Put a check next to Enable web interface.
• Save changes.
• Restart the phone to pick up the change
• Using phone's private IP and the phone password you just collected, you can now access the web interface

To Lock Web Interface (Reverse Actions):

• Save all your changes made in Web Interface.
• Phones on the left.
• Locate MAC of the phone and click to expand boxes.
• Phone Info>Edit Info.
• Uncheck Web Interface box.
• Save changes.
• Restart the phone to pick up the change.

NOTE: accessing a Polycom web interface you'll need to enter as https://192.x.x.x and phone password
