The WWW interface for phones that have been provisioned to the OnSIP Boot server is off by default as a security measure. You can enable it via the OnSIP App as Admin. We recommend that you re-disable it and reboot the phones once your configurations are complete.
To Unlock the Web Interface:
- Under The Administrators tab.
- Go to Phones on the left.
- Locate MAC of the phone and click to expand boxes.
- Phone Info>Edit Info.
- Put a check next to Enable web interface.
- Save changes.
- Restart the phone to pick up the change
- Using phone's private IP and the phone password you just collected, you can now access the web interface
To Lock Web Interface (Reverse Actions):
- Save all your changes made in Web Interface.
- Phones on the left.
- Locate MAC of the phone and click to expand boxes.
- Phone Info>Edit Info.
- Uncheck Web Interface box.
- Save changes.
- Restart the phone to pick up the change.
NOTE: accessing a Polycom web interface you'll need to enter as https://192.x.x.x and phone password
