Sending and Receiving Messages in the OnSIP App

Now that you're brand and campaign have been approved, you have access to send and receive messages in the Messages section of the dashboard in the OnSIP app.

NOTE- After adding a message box, it will take approximately 15 minutes to sync the number to the use case. Until the number is synced up, messaging will not work.

IMPORTANT- Due to limitations by texting providers, sending any kind of link is not available.

The interface is similar to the Call History panel.

Existing contact will build in a drop down, and as the number or name is typed, will be visible in a drop-down menu. For a new phone number, you must add the phone number first.
