Multi-factor authentication (MFA) acts as an additional layer of security to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your OnSIP account. If this is turned on, the mobile app will require verification to log in.

The first time you log into the mobile app you will be asked to verify your OnSIP account, and a verification code will be sent to your email.

Please note that the code is only valid for 10 minutes. 

Take the verification code in the email you receive and key this into the verification code box within the mobile app and select “OK”.

Then you will be logged into the mobile app.  You will receive a confirmation email that you have successfully logged in.
