How to Add an Email Client for Mobile

In the OnSIP Mobile App, to send a Bug Report successfully you will need to have your email client set up on your mobile device. If this is not set up in the OnSIP Mobile App when you go to More>Report Bug>then describe the issue and try to send you get the follow error " Please set up your email account". 

 

Please use the following steps to set up the email client on your device:

On iPhone
  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Scroll down and tap Mail.
  3. Tap Accounts, then select Add Account.
  4. Select iCloud.
  5. Enter your email address and password.
  6. Follow the prompts and tap Save when finished.

NOTE : To add or enable your iCloud email on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your Name at the top, select iCloud, then tap iCloud Mail and toggle it On. If you don’t have an address yet, your iPhone will guide you to create a free @icloud.com email

 

 On Android
  1. Open your phone's Settings menu.
  2. Tap Accounts & sync or Passwords & accounts.
  3. Select Add account at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Choose Email or Google/Exchange.
  5. Enter your email address and password. 
  6. To set up default, go to Settings > Apps > Default apps. Tap Email and select your preferred app.
