We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards. You must have a billing address within the United States or US Territory and the credit card must be associated with a United States-based bank.
You must have a valid credit card on file in order to use the OnSIP service both to pay for monthly OnSIP invoices and to keep your prepaid calling balance current.
Only Account Administrators will be able to access and update the credit card information that is on file. If you would like to put a credit card on file or update the one that is there, please follow these instructions.
- In the OnSIP App, navigate to the "Account & Payment" tab in your Profile icon.
- Select "Credit Card" option and select "Update card info." If you are adding a credit card for the first time, the link will say "Add credit card."
- Enter the information of the credit card that you would like to place on file for your OnSIP account. Make sure that the name, billing address, and phone number that you enter is an EXACT match to the information that is on file with your credit card company in order to avoid future billing problems.
- Click on the "Save" link in the lower right corner to save the information.
Note: If using auto-refill option, double check that your auto-refill is still configured after you've updated your credit card.
