The Overview page allows you to see activity and trends on your account. You can view the following data:

• Plan details (Plan information, account balance and calling credits).
• SMS Usage (If Messaging is being used).
• Inbound call activity by number.
• Outbound call activity by User.
• Messaging inbound activity
• Messaging outbound by User.

• Inbound and outbound calling trends.

   

Call activity and Message usage can be filtered by day, this week, last week, this month or up to the last 6 months.

If you click on the arrow beside the Inbound and outbound calling trends.

This will take you into the Reports option where you can pull Call Detail Reports and SMS Reports (if Messaging is being used).
