The Overview page allows you to see activity and trends on your account. You can view the following data:

  • Inbound call activity by number.
  • Outbound call activity by User.
  • Inbound and outbound calling trends.


This information can be filtered by day, this week, last week, this month or up to the last 6 months.

If you click on the arrow beside the Inbound and outbound calling trends

This will take you into the Reports option where you can pull Call Detail Reports.
