Did you know you can transfer phone numbers and phones to different PBX’s within your account?  This feature makes it easier to move your numbers or phones to different domains when needed.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only transfer phone numbers or phones to other PBX’s on your account.  If you wish to transfer phone numbers to another account ID this can only be done by submitting a support request ticket.

Transfer Phone Numbers:

• Log into app.onsip.com as Admin, click on the initials/ avatar in the top right corner.  Then go to Account & Payment and choose Transfer Numbers on the left.

• From here you can search by phone number on any of your PBX’s.

• You can select one, or many numbers by selectin the box beside the numbers you wish to move.  Or you can choose “select all” at the top right to move all the numbers to another PBX then choose “Transfer Numbers”.
• The Transfer Numbers pop up will appear, choose the destination PBX to transfer the numbers to and select “Transfer”.

Transfer Phone Numbers:

• From Account & Payment and choose Transfer Phone on the left.
• Here you can search by the mac address of the phones on any of your PBX’s.

• You can select one, or many phones by selectin the box beside the mac addresses you wish to move.  Or you can choose “select all” at the top right to move all the phones to another PBX then choose “Transfer Phones”.
• The Transfer Phones pop up will appear, choose the destination PBX to transfer the phones to and select “Transfer”.
