You will have two separate ongoing balances as an OnSIP customer. Plans (Monthly charges for your application services or per-user charges) and PSTN / Prepaid (Pay-as-you-go calling credits and phone number charges -per number and toll-free inbound and international dialing).
You can view your plan invoices and PSTN transactions as administrator from app.onsip.com by following these steps:
- Select your avatar or initials in the top right corner.
- Next select Account & payment.
- Next click on the Purchase History.
- You can choose to view all transactions or view only plan invoices or PSTN transactions.
- This can be filtered by all time or by month.
- To download a copy, choose the Print Page button and this will download a .pdf.
