Logging into Zendesk

How can I register and log into Zendesk (OnSIP Customer Success Portal)?

Zendesk is OnSIP's customer support ticketing system. It requires a separate login to access.

Go to support.onsip.com and select the “Sign In” button in the top right.

 

From there, you can sign into the OnSIP Customer Success Portal.  Please Choose the “Forgot Password?” link.

 

Enter your email address -this will need to be the same email address associated with your OnSIP account. A password reset email will be sent with instructions.

 

After resetting the password, you can log into the OnSIP Customer Success Portal with the email address and password created.

Once logged in, you will be able to see and manage your open tickets.

 

Please note, the login credentials for Zendesk / OnSIP Customer Success Portal are different from the OnSIP App SIP Address and password.
