Organization Administrator Rights

Organization Administrator (Org Admin) Rights grant privileges within the OnSIP App to manage users, and certain settings and applications for the account.

 

Org Admin Rights are different from full Admin Rights and will not have access to the following:

  • Account & Payment Information.
  • Adding Music Hold.
  • Enabled Services (under PBX Settings).
  • Reports.
  • Messaging.
  • Add E911 locations.
  • They can modify existing Phone Numbers but cannot purchase new Phone Numbers.
  • This role cannot disable, add trunking, queue supervisor permissions or add a User as Org Admin.
  • No changes to an Admin or add an additional Admin to the account.

 

To enable these rights, as an Admin, Log into https://app.onsip.com/ then, select Administrators at the top right corner.

Choose Users on the left.

Select the name of the User you would like to have Org Admin Rights and click on the User to expand the options.

In the Advanced tab, choose “edit info” and under Permissions check the box for Organization Admin then “save changes”.

When the User logs in again, they will see the Administrators tab at the top right of the screen.
